Modi was engaged to construct structural footpaths throughout Macarthur Memorial Park, supporting both pedestrian and light vehicle access across the site. Scope of Works
- Subgrade preparation and compaction to 98%
- Concrete footpaths with SL82 reinforcement and engineered jointing
- Basecourse installation for both pedestrian and light vehicle load areas
- Finishes include broom and cove, with exposed aggregate as optional
- All footpaths constructed to DDA-compliant gradients (max 1:20)
- Ongoing works progressing across approx. 1,500m² of planned pathway
- Delivered to structural, safety, and environmental standards
