Modi was engaged by Ultra Building Co to deliver a series of public domain improvements and landscaping works in Saint Ives, focused on enhancing access, compliance, and overall streetscape presentation in line with Ku-ring-gai Council standards. In parallel, Modi also completed external footings and concrete walkways within a recently completed residential development located in the same project zone.

Scope of Works
- Construction and upgrade of public footpaths, driveways, and pram ramps
- Intersection and bus stop enhancements, including new kerb, tactile indicators, and seating
- Site preparation, traffic management, and temporary works
- Installation of footings, walkways, and stairs for the adjacent residential development
- All works delivered in accordance with council requirements and structural design documentation
